Today i was really excited for the reason that i was getting chance to do LP after 2 and half month posting in Medical department. Patient came with c/o fever and headache since 1 month, diarrhoea on and off since 15 days.Patient had h/o jaundice 10 yrs back and had recieved blood transfusion in Bombay, India but no documents available.
