Patient came with c/o fever and headache since 1 month, diarrhoea on and off since 15 days.Patient had h/o jaundice 10 yrs back and had recieved blood transfusion in Bombay, India but no documents available.
Patient was bit drowsy, Chest was clear, P/A - NAD. GCS : 14/15, Neck rigidity (+/-) , Kernig's sign (+/-), Brudzinski sign (- ).

He had h/o of Rt pneumothorax and insertion of chest tube 1 yrs back and few days back he was admitted with c/o shortness of breath, On CXR-PA view we fould Lt pneumothorax and a minimal rt sided pneumothorax.
