I have a problem.....A BIG ONE..pls help ME

I am android dragoon...
I have a problem during concentrating,I think my energy is low,when I concentrate in any mind work for a long time I feel pain in my eyes [pain in the back of eyes] & sometimes If I insisted on studying I lose like I am going to lose my concious
[I lost it twice].
As for doing muscular work,I do kongfu,and the training is a hard one,something strange happened to me durring training,here
is what happened:[my trainer is a professional]
I was doing a hard effort strengthening my abdominal muscles..then I felt veins pumping blood hard at the top of my face then the 2 veins became violet & I lost concious completely..my trainer did something brought my concious.
I was adviced to eat 4 hours before training,that prevented losing concious but I still feel the same strange feeling during training.
As for what I eat,I start my day taking:"honey dissolved in water,1 spoon of olive oil[pure one],2.5 cups of milk,bee queen honey".
I eat the following during breakfast,lunch& dinner as I like to include all important constituents in all meals:
"rice[lunch],fruits[all meals][many types],honey,milk,carrots,potatoes & other vegetables[lunch],eggs with{BUTTER OR OIL**[breakfast or dinner],tomatoes[all meals],milk products{cheese,yoghurt**[breakfast or dinner],fish or poultry or other having protiens[lunch],beans[breakfast],spanish[lunch],MINERAL WATER"
I don't take any medicines except cevarol[vit C].
I take dinner 2 hours before sleeping.
I drink a lot of water[may reach 2 litres an hour],the water drunk is highly purified with carbon and reverse osmosis process.

I have sometimes a terrible acute headache.
I see without glasses well [6/6].

I like to help me,I don't want to lose concious any more or feel strange.
another problem....
My skin is so sensitive and drives me to scratch it hard...this drives ME MADDDDDDDDD.

I am a male,briefly my problems are:
1]I perform any type of long actions without a tiring feeling that comes before losing concious.
2]on concentrating I feel a strong pain in my eyes as if I was staring for a long time.
3]Very strong skin itching desire in all body parts.



I have:
1]normal blood sugar & pressure.
2]no drought.
3]healthy life & food.
4]no previous heart problems.
5]17 years old.
6]no nervious temper.
7]I was born with exploded blood capillaries down my face.
