Epiphora - functoinal block

hello
my sister has unilateral epiphora. she also has bilateraql lid itching which is due to blephiritis. she has visited many hospitals including tilganga eye hospitsl but the problem remains. her lids r normal, and lacrimal apparatus r also patent but zones test was not done.
so i thought that it could be due to functional block of lacrimal sac due to weakness of orbicularis muscle. so what can be done in such cases? i will be greatful to suggetions.

but she had been 2 a no of ophthalmologists
the problem subsides only temporarily
they had given only tear plus and sod. chromoglycate
thats 4 allergic part
lets see what can be done
