Soul is absolutely correct. Just doing copy and paste without going into the depth is of not much relevance.

c'mon guys what kinda argue your people are doing... issue is not the copy and paste here it is the definition... he didn't copy and paste thats why he has given the link for further reading.

And guys you can't change the things in medical literature unless you do a research and come up with new findings that mean all of us do the copy and paste

i agree, there's nothing wrong with this topic, we should bring out tabooed topics out in the open, it's the only way our society will come forward, why be prudish!

from what i recall from my psychosexual health lessons, is that one of the ways to prevent premature ejaculation is doing the "stop and start" method...this is where stimulus is applied to the penis until the person is ready to ejaculate and then stopping, not going all the way to the end and starting again, this way the person is likely to last longer. So masturbating alone or even gettting the partner to help.

I know very well that this is a medical discussion forum. But this forum can be accessed by anyone outside this field. So its better to keep these kinda things to the medical community itself and uphold the dignity of the highly respected medical profession in our society. (anywhere in the world)

Dear SE,
you are getting this discussion wrong. This is a medical forum and we are all mostly medical personnel, exactly that is the reason why we can talk on such topics more openly than any other people. And non medical visitors should take advantage of such discussion and learn thereby something, what they usually can't elsewhere.

I won't say here that you are left behind by time. But sofar I can remember, I was about 16 years old or probably younger when I used to get 'Saptahik' (a nepalese weekly, which is accessible for more than 10 million Nepalese), joined a table with my friends and first page we started with was ' Yaun jigyasa'. That section could, to much extent, satisfy our curiosity, that all of us have in our teenage. I just downloaded recent issue of saptahik and figured out that it is still publishing same things. Check out here, what people of our society want to know and are talking in such an open paper.

Would you complain Saptahik publishing that ? Certainly not ! So where the heck lies the problem ?

Moreover, as DD has already mentioned and I guess, all of us had or will have a lession in Psych, where we engage ourselves with similar topics like this one. In our class we even played short role on sexual unsatisfaction and diseases. Well, I think what counts is the perspective. One can perceive it correctly or perversely. So take it easy, this discussion neither defines character of participating Users nor ruins dignity of medical personnel anywhere.
