If you search for how to increase your height you will find lots of websites... but medically speaking there hasn't been any study or research that claims increase in height.

Height of an individual is depen up on so many factors like Genetics, Environment, Race, Ethinic relation and so many things.

Among them, Genetic factor play a vital role. Height do increase till late adulthood of an individual. Therefore your question depends up on your age, if you have passed your adulthood then you will have difficulty gaing height with any other measures.

If you haven't passed through your adulthood there is likelyhood of increase in your height.
