Hi prasana, we understand your problem well and we are sorry for you.
First of all, you have to make sure that those lumps are accessary breasts and not any other lumps. Ofcourse you have mentioned that they respond to menstrual changes. Still, you have to confirm them because the accessory breasts appear in the mammary line which extends in the mid clavicular - groin line. So, you better see a doctor - a surgeon and a plastic surgeon. And you can discuss your treatment options that would be the best way out.
