I had an injury to my ankle 3 years ago. I had physical therapy for a couple months but since then on occasion I have this pain on the side of my foot. Like the past 5 days I feel terrible pain. I push on it and it hurts but the hurt is good you know. I wrap it and it hurts too much. Also if I twist my foot the other way it gives some relief? Does this have to do with the arch like can I buy something over the counter to put in my shoe to help or something?
i strongly object buying sth from the stores to have relief from pain or arched foot . Please dont delay , meet an orthopedic doc as soon as possible .
And i believe that just without seeing ur ankle its not possible to give solution to it . u must have an examination overhand .
