dear Doc:
my mother's doctor just switched her prescription from avandia(due to some cardiac side effects) to actos since my mom has ischemic heart disease. the first time she took medicine, she was breathless and rushed to emergency. she is on other diabetic medications like metformin and glyburide as well.according to my research actos has CHF side effects. can you please help me out whether its normal or not at this point for her?
