Some people are sensitive to sunlight; this problem is known as photosensitivity or solar utricaria .Photosensitivity will produce a rash on the body.
The common locations on body which are affected by the allergy due to the sun are the “V” of the neck, the outside surface of the arms, the back of the hands and the lower legs.
The cause is actually unknown . It is basically a hypersensitivity reaction .
Sunlight, even without drugs, causes immediate urticaria in some people. This may be a symptom of porphyria a genetic metabolic defect.

Use of steroids
Better consult a dermatologist using any steroids , because steroids have many side effects .
