Its definitely sure that you will get place for internship in private hospital, whether u complete 4 or 4.5 yrs course, but you got to get provisional certificate from NMC, which requires your pass certificate from your college / university.
About Internship , u can get seat in
1) Kathmandu Model Hospital - around 8
2) Om Hospital - around 8
3) B and B Hospital -
4) Police Hospital - at least 3
5) Army Hospital
6) Dhulikhel Hospital ( Under KU )
7) Mission Hospital , palpa - 10
8) Patan hospital - 25 ( only aug/sept )
