Well, that's what I understood of the news. The news is very confusing. What I understood is that first, some patient relatives had an arguement with the doctors (interns ? medical officers??) then the interns/ medical officers (whatever) called for a strike and emergency shut down in which one of the demands was that they need to be paid and then the next day they came back and created a show.
