Study in Nepal. All the colleges are the same. How good doc U later become depends on you not the colleges here. So join any college U want but put in all the effort.

And, if they allow later, do internship in a good hospital. It is then when U really learn. Medical colleges are good enough only for a degree.

If U later plan to migrate outside Nepal then check which college is recognised where. I have very less idea of that. But, most go to US and there seems to be no problem for grads of all the colleges.
