Rajiv, ususally there is no hard and fast rule for elective in Nepal. Usually Medical Colleges provides elective and they charge $25-$40 or even $50 per weeks depending upon their rules.

List of Medical Colleges in Nepal and contact them through their email address. They will ask you some document which you can provide them easily and can fix your elective.
