Read ur long comment about Ukraine ..For me it was interesting as I am also studying in the same region Georgia ... All I want to say u is study always depends on student in our countries they r forced to study here it depends on them ...
Well, As u r going to complete 1st year in ukraine ..I will suggest u to transfer to Romania.. As the study there is good and the clinical practise is nice too ..And also they give scholarship if ur grade in their final exams are good ...So there is free competition for scholarship and so so most of the students study hard to get it ...The most good thing is that the study is in English language..
So try to find more about romania and u can transfer and finishing ur first or second year and u can continue from there on ....
