Yes i too think we have to change ourself first. In our country most of the people they think of themself only. Its like "first fill ur own stomach than only think of others" it should not be like that. We should not think what we will get by doing something but think that how much benefit others will get if we start to do something. We should share our feelings our knowledge and bring out something that will help out every one. Voilence is not a solution to a problem.
