Thanks for your message and query, Mati. There has been exodus of IMGs to USA and especially to Australia since they opened the door to the foreign medical graduates. That holds true not only for South Asians but also British graduates. Most are migrating to Australia mainly because of civilised working hours and conditions there compared to the UK and USA.

I do not have any figures to confirm this. However this is what I have been hearing. However, on another note, significant proportion of IMGs are still in the UK and waiting for appeal against the verdict in order to overturn the court decision.
