well it's good.. there r so many of us looking for job and fighting for govt job in lok sewa.. good opportunity for all. Is it compulsory for the recent batch?? what about the old graduates who studied thro' MOE and who are working in private sector???? If anyone knows about this rule in detail.. pls make it clear... thank you.
