thats true.........its the medical colleges of nepal which provide chance to become a doctor for poor people through the government scholarship. and also the medical education abroad is also not cheap....definitely not in reach of poor people.

personally i am not against opening new medical college, but what i feel more important is to maintain the quality of the existing and new colleges. and the other thing is to prevent the BRAIN DRAIN which is causing much problems in countries like nepal.
