Yes you are correct Suvash,

It is little bit confusing seeing the power balance with the political parties of Nepal. But to me, it is good from the point of voting. The Nepalese people have given excuse and opportunities to all - Congress, UML and King. They have failed to do the justice to the Nepalese citizen. Now they have wisely voted which is very good.

The most confusing and dreadful thing is about the extremism - the parties have taken up. The maiosts are to blame all about the ethnicity, regionalism and hatred among different group of people they have created and taught to many groups with the hope of wining their votes. Now it has become counterproductive to not only them but also for the country. The country seems to be bitterly divided and the deep crack is being widened further and further. Now with the election, they ( the so called seniors with the days of their age and politics rather than maturity) can have some role to unite all of these communities and groups.

As Daniel Lak (BBC correspondence) wrote few years ago, the politicians and powerful people in Nepal who are above the age of thirty should not be listened and believed. I think he is right. Once they listen their mind is molded as per their. In fact I have seen many youngsters - college politicians mind as spoilt as of Girija, Deuba, MK Nepal, Prachanda like that. They are cheat, shrewd and worst attitude as per their leader in the center!!! I don't agree with Suvasha in the lines

In my view, the best would have been to have so senior politicians guide these newer faces and hand over the baton to them as they gain maturity. But that is not the scenario here.
Of course, some of them are suspicious about their commitment but many of them are pious and good. The country too doesn't have much in the store. So they will have to work with wisdom, knowledge and support from all walks of life and international community.

Hope for the best.

Best wishes,
mati
