Our country has gone through a massive change in the past few years. Things have happened which no one would have ever imagined, not even in the weirdest of their dreams. Maoists have emerged as the biggest political power. Newer faces in the politics. I feel people are confused what these newer faces would be like? Will they be better than the older familiar faces or would they be worse? It is definitely a tough decision to make. From one view, its sensible to think - now that the conventional politicians have done nothing good, so its turn we give a try to newer ideas and people. May be they could do something. But on the other hand, there is also a fear that - who knows how are these new faces? May be they do more harm than good. They dont have experience and more importantly international support. So, how are they going to run the country?
In my view, the best would have been to have so senior politicians guide these newer faces and hand over the baton to them as they gain maturity. But that is not the scenario here. Here, its either dethrone me if you can, other wise stay where you are for ever, i am not going to give it up so easily!!!
