quality depends upon the person.... becoz of 10 rotten eggs in the carret of 100 u cant say the rest of 90 are rotten as well.... rather than criticizing i think its better to work up for the better result.......i think the man who has been busy in keeping his ass in the god damn minister chair is equally resposible for the result..... so either they should increase the scholarship seat here in nepal or be selective in sending students abroad. lets seek for the solution not an arguement.
