There are no data as how many of MCOMS or other Nepalese medical graduate are in the US. But you can find at least one from every batch I guess.
Recently road to USMLE is getting tougher day by day you need to score >95 percentile in Step I, II CK to be comfortable and CS all in one shot and would be plus point if you could pass Step III before September every year (residency application month).
