who will work in such area where there is no single xray machine. what do u think? docs are not God, and a doc like me never wants to treat a patient without having full investigation. How do u diagnose a case of AMI where there is no ECG machine? Certainly I don wanna be the second "Dr Srikrishna Giri" of butwal hospital. |
