I read the unfortunate news yesterday night here in german spiegel.de , the news was also there in BBC but not in Nepal's eKantipur (then I read "Hard facts about federalism" by
Avantika Regmi).
These guys are running online national daily and never update news instantly. The news was posted to server( Posted on: 2008-01-10 22:51:02)
relatively on time but was published to public punctually 12 hours too late. Now after the news has spread throughout the world they have also published. And what they have published:
