If we have to do one year work then what is the amount of salary they are going to pay? Is the job permanent if we like it, or just make our one year effort vanish? What are the benefits of doing work? Can we get free seats for the MD? If the answers for these are positive then its better to work, but no benefits then it is a dictatorship and we will raise our voice, may be took a while (for years) but we will let you down.
