S - Sedation
C - Cough suppression,convulsions,
R - Respiratory depression
E - Euphoria
A - Analgesia
M - Myosis( but may cause medriasis in doses causing asphyxia)
N - Nausea and vomiting
T - Truncal rigidity(but especially occurs with fentanyl and its congeners) |
