I would like to comment on "family history" of a psychiatry history.
It is in two threads: first in the general family history where we talk about the family history ie make family tree of the patient where he/she originated ie with his other father, mother, and sister/brother.
Next one is in his "personal history" where we make a family tree of his/her family after marriage ie with his/her spouse and children.

Anyway that is very nice posting.
