Shushant-passion, this is a wonderful description. Involving the the seminar, conference, journal and publication should be right from the begining of the medical school but most of us do not value this things until we become the graduate.

I am glad to know that you people are getting involve in it. Keep going on, no matter what your batchmates say, they (you) will feel the difference by the time you become graduate.
