Yes friend,
If you see the attitude and situation your blood boils here.
You know, when you are going with small budget with smart plan-they turn down that. This is simply because there less commission in it.

I have seen here people doing corruption and taking commission on the CHARITY FUNDS! Can you imagine people can do that? The money people raised with so fair mind and attitude. The money with pennies cutting down their coffee or toffee what else their personal effort and there are people to embezzle that?

If someone offers, actually offered, direct help with medical gadgets eg X Ray machine, USG, Echo etc and asks these hospitals to creat room for that - they turn deaf ear. The reason is obvious there is no place they would be involved in the money matters. Instead that will creat their responsibility. So what except turning down.

The whole system has been corrupt and there is network of gangsters. If you call tender here in these hospitals THE NOTORIOUS HOOLIGANS YOU HAVE HEARD WILL BID THE TENDER! In fact these hospitals are their hiding place and working ground.

This is harsh reality. I am sorry to talk.
While talking to one of the Prof Dr of one these hospitals, he flatly said " I am sorry I could not do anything!" He is very strict and to the point. I personnally also had expected much but he told everything about the process and loopholes created..................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Personnally none can do that because it is team effort ultimately.
He gave an example a peon in his office, who is 24 hr drunk,. He tried 3 yrs to transfer from his office and to other branches but couldn't do that. Now he is outgoing but the peon is there!
